I get ocular migraines. They are the fucking worst. I have to cover my eyes till I see no light sometimes. The only thing that kills it automatically is large amounts of cocaine or opioids.
Everything else takes forever to work or doesn’t work at all.
I’m not even joking here.
I’m sober now (and feel one coming on by the way) but when I used I could kill it as it started just by getting high or well.

I get occular migraines too be even more rare, i get them in both eyes!! The first time was soooo scary, i thought i was going blind. Fun fact: ocular migraines are painless

Nah, those migraines _really fucking suck_ ..I got one that started above my right eye, in the middle of my eyebrow, which felt like when you fuck up when you try to pop a pimple and get a insanely sharp throbbing pain, so that’s what I thought it was, so I tried to feel around the area and once I pressed it my fucking eyeball gave and I couldn’t see – accompanied by an insanely sharp throbbing, gushy, moist weiner in my fucking eyeball. That’s when I realized I was actually dreaming and woke up in the hospital with a black male nurse skull fcking my face. The

I’ve been getting them for my whole life sometimes I get what doctors call a cluster which is one after the other for days. Coupled with crippling pain and nausea.

I feel ya. I’ve been getting migraine with aura for decades. They suck. You can’t do anything when you get one. I found out caffeine was a major trigger. Once I stopped drinking coffee they went away.
Its horrid. Finally got control of mines.
