BDL is Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks Connecticut, the Hartford area. About 2 hours by car from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan where he was being held. It’s a large jet airport with many private planes. A private plane could file a bogus flight plan to a domestic city, negating the need to go through ID/Passport check before leaving the country. Flight plans can be changed in-flight. It’s easy to fly into the Bahamas and then fly on anywhere else for instance.
“Guards” – could be his thoughts on who to bribe and who to avoid. Who’s in on it. There’s always someone on the inside. And there are 24 hr surveillance cameras. How did no one monitoring the surveillance screens not see him kill himself?
A trained intelligence officer would never leave anything behind. Either he was sloppy in leaving his thoughts on paper or it is planted bogus evidence.
